For admins, this application allows for the registration of an unlimited number of employees. Admins can also assign leave approval rights to selected employees, giving them the ability to approve or reject leave requests from other team members. Furthermore, admins can update or delete registered employees, allocate employee-wise financial year leaves, and view a comprehensive list of all registered employees along with their leave counts (total available, total taken, and awaiting approval).
Employees, on the other hand, can utilize this application to check their pending leaves and plan for future leaves accordingly. With the app, employees can conveniently send leave request applications directly from their mobile phones to their managers, who will be notified of new leave requests from their team members. Managers can then approve or reject leaves with proper reasons, and employees will receive notifications regarding the status of their leave requests.
In addition, employees can apply for new leave applications, delete applied leaves that are still pending approval, view their leave history on a financial year basis, and access information on their total pending and allocated leave counts. The app also provides the option for employees to change their passwords for added security.
